These terms govern your use of MyTribute. By creating an account or publishing a memorial page, you agree to them.
1. Using MyTribute
MyTribute is a SaaS platform for funeral notification, planning, and digital memorialisation. You must be at least 18 years old to create a tribute on behalf of a family.
2. Content you upload
You keep ownership of photos, tribute text, and contact lists you upload. You grant MyTribute the rights needed to store, display, and deliver that content so your memorial page and notifications work as intended.
3. Payments and plans
Paid plans are billed per tribute at the price shown at checkout. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact support.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use MyTribute to send spam, upload unlawful content, or impersonate a family you are not authorised to represent.
